In this position, you will focus on User and Project support, ensuring the operational health of SPF/SDx systems. Your responsibilities include configuring workflows, maintaining data integration, and collaborating on software upgrades. With your problem-solving mindset, you'll help streamline processes and bolster project outcomes through user training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage SPF/SDx applications and backups
• Configure, test, and deploy system environments
• Support software lifecycle and manage ticket resolutions
• Maintain data integrity between design tools and software
• Provide training and enhance user support initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years experience in an engineering applications field
• Extensive hands-on experience with SPF and related tools
• Strong SDx configuration knowledge and user management
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware/software issues
• Effective communication and organizational skills
