Lead Bar Services at Vertigo Theatre in Calgary, using proven bartending leadership and customer service during performances and events.
This seasonal part-time Lead Bartender reports to the Director of Patron Services. You will manage daily bar operations, supervise staff and volunteers, and maintain service procedures. The work includes beverage service, patron engagement, cash management, and AGLC compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate smooth daily Bar Services operations
- Prepare and serve menu beverages and snacks
- Supervise, train, and guide bartending staff and volunteers
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and secure operational cash
- Ensure AGLC, safety, and ProServe compliance
Requirements:
- At least one year of relevant diverse experience
- Valid ProServe certification and age eighteen or older
- Proven leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Cash management experience
- Ability to stand and lift twenty to twenty-five pounds
