Lead mobile security operations across Mississauga client sites, using guard supervision and alarm response skills while working on the road.
Paladin Security seeks a Mobile Zone Supervisor for its Mississauga region Mobile Department. You will oversee guards, uphold standing orders, schedules, and policies, and maintain safety standards across the territory. The position includes coaching, training, incident investigation, reporting, and communication with site leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and train security guards across regional client sites
- Ensure staff follow standing orders, schedules, and operating policies
- Respond to alarms and investigate incidents or client complaints
- Document incidents and submit detailed logs to head office
- Coordinate with Site Supervisors and Coordinators on site concerns
Requirements:
- Valid Ontario G Class driver's license and three years' driving experience
- Clean abstract meeting specified conviction and demerit requirements
- Two years' security experience in a Team Lead role
- Valid First Aid, CPR Level C, aggressive behavior, and Use of Force certifications
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
