In this position at SolutionAir, you'll leverage your 9-10 years of HVAC experience to support our growing team. Your responsibilities include traveling to customer sites for startup and troubleshooting, assisting with warranty service, and collaborating with various teams to solve equipment issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Test and commission HVAC units before shipping
• Travel to customer sites for service and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Complete service reports and update customers on equipment
• Mentor junior Service Technicians
Requirements:
• 9-10 years of HVAC service experience
• Red Seal Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Mechanic certification
• G1 or G2 Gas Technician certification
• Ability to read technical documents and diagrams
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
