Lead grain elevator operations in Rathwell, Manitoba, using grading expertise and safety knowledge to support production targets and customers. This full-time, permanent role provides leadership to Facility Assistants.
Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is seeking a Facility Assistant III for its Grain division. You will assist with facility operations, grain movement, inventory management, and safe operating procedures. The position also supports mentoring, customer service, maintenance, and fertilizer blending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload grain shipments
- Mentor Facility Assistants in grading, inventory, and safety
- Grade canola, wheat, oats, and barley
- Bin and blend incoming grain
- Maintain housekeeping, equipment, and safe operations
Requirements:
- Three or more years operating a grain elevator
- Experience as a team lead or supervisor
- Knowledge of grain grading factors and elevator equipment
- Health and safety training with commitment to safe work
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
