Position Summary We are looking for professional and safety‑oriented Class 1 Truck Drivers Owner Operator with a FAST Card or TWIC card in Calgary, AB. Operates a large or heavy truck that transports cargo to and from specified locations on time and according to schedule. Role involves adhering to all traffic and safety regulations, conducting pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, and ensuring the timely delivery of cargo to its destination. Location: Calgary, AB 4‑5 days a week Sunday to Thursday/Friday (could vary depending on coverage required weekends) Start Time: Early Morning Must be able to work evenings and weekends when required. Open for night driving as well. Open availability to run Canada and USA. 5‑6 days away from home. What you will do Operate vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to all DOT and company safety regulations. Conduct routine inspections prior to departure to ensure the vehicle is in optimal condition. Manage appropriate cargo documentation and provide necessary paperwork upon the delivery of goods. Coordinate the loading and unloading of the truck, verifying cargo and ensuring items are properly stored and secured. Maintain contact with dispatcher to provide status updates, clarify special instructions, and notify about delays or issues during transport. Ensure customer delivery is met in a timely, safe and professional manner. What You’ll Bring Valid Class 1/AZ License is required. Clean 5 years Commercial driving abstract (no more than 3 demerits and 3 negative events). Valid Fast card or TWIC card. Mountain driving experience a must. Truck should not be older than 6 years. Must be bondable and legally able to work in Canada. Strong work ethic and positive team attitude. Follow company rules and regulations with respect to safety and hours of service.
