Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst Join to apply for the Bilingual Disability Calculation Analyst role at Manulife . SISIP F’s CAF Long Term Disability (LTD) Team within the SISIP Services Department is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual (French) candidate to join as a Calculation Analyst on a regular full-time basis. Position Responsibilities Long Term Disability claim approvals Benefit adjustments and recovery of overpaid benefits Financial duties such as stop payments, voids, refund deposits, garnishments, processing TD1s, and calculating employment income offsets on a frequent basis Other related tasks as assigned Required Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English Post‑secondary education in Accounting, Commerce or Finance Experience in accounting, finance, payroll, bookkeeping or benefit payment in an administrative/clerical role (University/College graduates considered) Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook/Office 365 Knowledge of medical terminology and/or insurance terminology (asset) Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, with a clear mathematical aptitude Preferred Qualifications Fully bilingual (French/English) with ability to communicate with clients in various jurisdictions outside Quebec Excellent organizational and decision‑making skills Analytical mindset with close attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines Strong customer service experience in a demanding environment (asset) Insurance claims knowledge or experience (asset) Knowledge of Group Benefits and military terminology (asset) When You Join Our Team We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
