**Job Title: Assembler - Continental Nights****Job Description**This position involves assembling parts according to drawings and procedures using tools and fasteners.**Responsibilities**Perform a variety of subassembly and final assembly operations for units of varying shapes and sizes.Follow specified methods and procedures to assemble using hand and power tools, as well as test equipment.Conduct, analyze, and record test results.Ensure all job requirements are met before leaving the work center.Meet or exceed established production levels.Participate in supplier development.**Essential Skills**1+ years of experience in mechanical assembly.1+ year of experience with quality inspection.Proficiency in using hand and power tools.Experience working with schematics and diagrams.Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.**Additional Skills & Qualifications**Blueprint readingElectrical and mechanical assemblyWiring**Why Work Here?**After one year with the company, employees are eligible for profit sharing which contributes an additional 10%u2014approximately $10,000 annuallyu2014into an RRSP account. The facility spans over 200,000 square feet and is very clean and well-lit.
