The role:
As an On-Site Technician, you will be a field ambassador, interacting daily with clients and users in the greater metropolitan area of Montreal. Your mission will be to quickly and effectively resolve technical issues related to various systems such as workstations, laptops, smartphones, and more. You will also be responsible for configuration, maintenance, inventory management, and documentation. This position will give you valuable experience with a multitude of technologies, including Office 365, Exchange, Windows, iOS/Android, VMware, and many others.
What you will do:
- Install, configure, and diagnose equipment and software at client sites.
- Perform on-site support and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with our System Administrators to resolve infrastructure issues.
- Document your activities and technical information in detail.
- Assist the remote support team when you are in the office.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure continuous support to our clients.
Job requirements:
- Degree in IT or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English.
- Strong customer service skills and listening ability.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
- Experience in diagnosing hardware problems and equipment replacement.
- Competence in configuring and diagnosing mobile devices.
- Intermediate knowledge of networking and Microsoft server operating systems.
- Must have a car and a valid driver's license in Canada.

Le rôle :
En tant que Technicien sur site, tu sera un ambassadeur sur le terrain, interagissant quotidiennement avec les clients et utilisateurs dans la grande région métropolitaine de Montréal. Ta mission sera de résoudre rapidement et efficacement les problèmes techniques liés à divers systèmes tels que des stations de travail, des ordinateurs portables, des téléphones intelligents et bien plus encore. Tu seras également responsable de la configuration, de la maintenance, de la gestion des inventaires et de la documentation. Ce poste te permettra d'acquérir une expérience précieuse avec une multitude de technologies, notamment Office 365, Exchange, Windows, iOS/Android, VMware, et bien d'autres.
Ce que tu feras :
- Installer, configurer et diagnostiquer des équipements et des logiciels chez nos clients.
- Effectuer des tâches de support et de maintenance sur site.
- Collaborer avec nos Administrateurs de systèmes pour résoudre les problèmes d'infrastructure.
- Documenter de manière détaillée vos activités et les informations techniques recueillies.
- Assister l'équipe du centre de support à distance lorsque vous êtes au bureau.
- Participer à une rotation sur appel pour garantir une assistance continue à nos clients.
Exigences du poste :
- Diplôme en TI ou domaine connexe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en français et en anglais.
- Fortes aptitudes en service à la clientèle et capacité d'écoute.
- Connaissance approfondie des systèmes d'exploitation Microsoft.
- Expérience en diagnostic de problèmes matériels et remplacement d'équipements.
- Compétence dans la configuration et le diagnostic des appareils mobiles.
- Connaissances intermédiaires en réseautique et en systèmes d'exploitation serveur de Microsoft.
- Possession d'une voiture et d'un permis de conduire valide au Canada.
