This Bartender role focuses on serving perfect drinks while building relationships with Guests through conversation and situational serving. You will follow Boston Pizza standards, communicate with the Front of House team, and help maintain a fun, safe workplace. The position suits someone who enjoys working with people in a team environment and exceeding Guest expectations daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix drinks to Boston Pizza standards
- Pour drinks for Guests throughout service
- Build relationships with regulars at the bar
- Communicate effectively with Front of House teammates
- Champion hospitality, brand standards, and food safety
Requirements:
