Job Description:You will be responsible for managing 7 to 9 crews in the field. This includes scheduling & production of jobs by your assigned painter crews, staffing, necessary training, and monitoring hourly production. Your team’s KPIs include averaging 40+ hours of weekly production per painter, maintaining a customer review rating of 98%, and keeping gross profit margins consistent with past years.Flex hours starting as early as 7:30 am and ending as late as 8 pm, with some weekend work during busy seasons. This is NOT a typical 9 am to 5 pm job. We work until the job is completed. If predictable daily hours are essential, this role may not be suitable. Continuing education & training are part of the job. Job Experience Required:5+ years managing multiple onsite crews in the home building or home improvement industry. 2+ years of residential or commercial painter experience. Experience with online scheduling systems for job assignments. Ability to work in a demanding multi-task environment. Basic computer skills, as all jobs are managed through Infusionsoft and Google Applications. Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Pass a criminal background check. Job Skills Required Passionate about solving field problems, including client complaints, employee issues, and resolving on-site challenges. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to manage clients and trades verbally and in writing. Strong leadership and motivation skills to ensure team KPIs are met. Hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style. Self-starter with a pride-in-work mentality. Committed to continuous improvement (CANI). Team player. Salary & Compensation:Year 1$55-65k base salary based on experience and performance, with incentives to reach $70k+ Eligibility for medical benefits after 90 days.
