Operate blending machines at GFR Pharma in Coquitlam, using precise weighing and dispensing procedures on the morning shift.
GFR Pharma is hiring a Blending Operator for its Production team. You will set up equipment, blend raw materials, clean machine parts, and complete production documentation. The position supports manufacturing natural health products at a privately held Canadian company. Experience in manufacturing is considered an asset, while English fluency and safe powder-handling practices are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate blending machines following specific procedures
- Weigh, dispense, and blend raw materials accurately
- Clean equipment and machine parts according to procedures
- Reconcile production orders and complete necessary paperwork
- Assist other Production areas when required
Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Work safely within a dusty powder environment
- Use provided respirators, masks, and other PPE
- Demonstrate fluent verbal and written English
- Manufacturing experience is considered an asset
