Calgary, Alberta, Canada Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in the Greater Calgary Metropolitan Area for an RV Sales Consultant. The RV Sales Consultant will be responsible for assisting customers in choosing the right RVs to meet their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process, and providing expert advice regarding products and services. The role will involve consulting with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive experience and foster repeat business. Duties Understand and implement the dealership sales process Assist clients in selecting the perfect RV that suits their needs and lifestyle Present and demonstrate inventory features and benefits Utilize Customer Relationship Management software Remain up‑to‑date on product enhancements and market trends Participate in regular and ongoing sales training Build and foster a network of clients to create new opportunities and revenue growth, providing a refreshingly different and professional sales experience for clients Maintain regular follow‑up with current and prospective clients Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and precisely Perform opening and closing duties Maintain accurate records Maintain ongoing awareness of ever‑changing in‑stock inventory Actively participate in sales meetings Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications Sales experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate Professional demeanor and appearance Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, and techniques Strong written and verbal communication skills Self‑motivated with an engaging level of enthusiasm Strong computer proficiency A team player High level of integrity and work ethic Problem identification and objection resolution skills Ability to perform basic calculations Must possess a valid driver’s license Must possess a valid AMVIC certification Passion for the outdoors and camping is an important feature we look for in candidates What We Offer Healthcare, dental, and benefits package available Constant learning opportunities and professional development Positive and encouraging work environment RRSP matching Paid time off Pay $50,000 to $150,000 per year.
