Overview We are looking for a Senior Beauty Sales Consultant to join the Chatters team at our Sierra Springs location in Airdrie, Alberta. You will help customers find the perfect product and create a positive, memorable shopping experience. A little about the role Product Expert. Present and promote beauty products at the customer level with passion for all things beauty-related. Success. Aim for customers to leave happy with your recommendations. Relationships. Use top-notch communication skills; engage with customers with an outgoing and positive attitude. Challenge. Welcome a tough sell and enjoy overcoming it. Targets. Be motivated by sales targets and performance goals. Network. Build strong customer service connections and generate referrals. Organize and support. Be ready to assist from booking to merchandising as needed. Have fun Deliver 5-star customer service. A little more about you You are positive, outgoing, upbeat and driven to succeed. You provide exceptional guest experiences and make meaningful connections to encourage repeat visits. You have experience in customer service, sales or retail. You know your way around a computer.
