Lead retail and salon operations for Chatters in Fraser Valley, BC, using team coaching and customer experience leadership every day.
As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations while developing a high-performing team. Your responsibilities include scheduling, payroll, inventory management, budgeting, and performance planning. You will also strengthen customer loyalty through memorable service and ensure the salon meets Chatters’ standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily retail and salon operations
- Coach teams toward sales and service goals
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and budgeting
- Maintain clean, stocked, beautifully merchandised salon spaces
- Analyze metrics and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum five years of retail leadership experience
- Proven success leading teams and driving sales
- Strong inventory, scheduling, payroll, and budgeting background
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
