Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate programs
• Ensure a safe environment prioritizing children's well-being
• Monitor and discuss children’s development with parents
• Establish strong collaborative relationships within the team
• Participate in staff development and cleanliness initiatives
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Level 3 Certification required
• Compliance with provincial childcare employment standards
• Current qualifications in First Aid and CPR
• Meet health assessment and immunization requirements
