As a Patient Services Specialist, you will support patients throughout their clinic experience. The work includes check-in, check-out, pre-testing, appointment coordination, prescription printouts, billing, payments, and eyewear support. FYidoctors values teamwork and collaboration while enhancing patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
