3 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants MS BizTalk Integration Specialist – Healthcare Contract | Remote (Canada-based) Connect VIP About the Role Connect VIP is seeking an experienced MS BizTalk Integration Specialist to support a large‑scale healthcare integration initiative within a provincial environment. This role focuses on the design, development and support of enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server. You will work as part of a Systems Integration Services team, collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure and scalable integration solutions that support critical healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013 or newer) Develop integrations involving web services/APIs, file and FTP‑based interfaces, database integrations and workflow orchestration Install, configure and support integration applications within an enterprise BizTalk environment Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and technical teams to gather requirements and define integration solutions Participate in requirements elicitation, analysis and process definition activities Support day‑to‑day operational activities including deployments, releases, incident resolution and service requests Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise integrations to ensure performance, stability and availability Produce clear and comprehensive technical and solution documentation aligned with established standards Participate in solution reviews, knowledge transfer and technical discussions with internal teams Manage technical scope and support stakeholder expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle Required Qualifications & Experience University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 5 years of IM/IT experience At least 3 years of hands‑on experience developing integration solutions using Microsoft BizTalk Server (2013, 2016 or 2020) Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise application integrations Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders Additional Experience (Assets) Experience integrating BizTalk with ERP systems Experience with Microsoft Azure Integration Services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions and API Management Experience migrating on‑premises BizTalk solutions to cloud or iPaaS platforms Strong background in producing technical documentation and solution artefacts Why Connect VIP At Connect VIP, we connect experienced integration professionals with meaningful healthcare initiatives. to work on complex, enterprise‑scale projects while benefiting from a flexible, contract‑based engagement model.
