Position Overview Under the direction of the Manager of Nutrition Service, the Lead will provide direction and feedback to employees and assist with monitoring day‑to‑day operations of the department including patient tray line and cafeteria services at Hospital and Pinecrest Manor Round Table. This position will support proper food safety and sanitation practices and provide assistance with all training for staff in their job rules. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. At least 5 years of food service experience, with a minimum of 2 years in food service production.
