Project Manager of Design and Construction Join to apply for the Project Manager of Design and Construction role at Unity. The Workplace Experience (WE) team is looking for a full‑time Lead Project Manager for the Global Design and Construction function. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and manage Global Office Expansion projects such as tenant improvements, functional upgrades and office densifications. Collaborate with Unity’s Finance team to create budgets, report cash flow and other financial information, and ensure projects are delivered within budget tolerances. Coordinate with Procurement and Legal teams to conduct RFPs (request for proposals) and select appropriate vendors. Cooperate with the Head of Real Estate and Workplace, as well as other WE leads and internal partners to develop project principles and scopes of work. Lead all internal and external project communications, keep partners accountable to high quality and agreed scope, and execute projects that meet our global build standards. What We're Looking For Proven track record of delivering successful Tenant Improvement projects, either as part of the Owner’s internal team or on the vendor side. Ability to articulate the overall project management process for Design and Construction, and understanding of main vendors and teams required. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience communicating with both Owner and vendor sides. Self‑directed, well‑organized, and meticulous attention to detail. Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. You Might Also Have BA/BS in Business, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Construction Management, or a BA in Art, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or Interior Design. Facilities certification CFM, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or IFMA credentials. Ability to use AutoCAD or REVIT.
