Serve Calgary customers at Scotiabank as a Customer Experience Associate, using relationship-building and digital banking skills in a branch setting.
At the McKenzie Town Centre Branch, this 18.75-hour weekly role supports customers throughout their banking journey. You will discover needs, process transactions, explain concepts simply, and introduce mobile banking applications. The position also includes identifying simple sales opportunities while contributing to branch targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discover customer needs through proactive listening and understanding
- Process day-to-day banking transactions accurately
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
- Identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Strong technical skills supporting digital banking promotion
- Comfort with simple sales situations
