Outlier seeks detail-oriented English speakers to evaluate AI voice, image, and video outputs. You will score conversations, compare media pairs, inspect artifacts, and explain findings in evidence-based English. The opportunity is available to applicants in Australia, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hold scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Rank speech for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
- Compare images and videos against text prompts
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio problems
- Write specific explanations describing observed issues
Requirements:
- Fluent English and clear written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural conversational situations
- Experience writing short, evidence-based reviews
- Ability to decide when both options have flaws
Use English communication, close observation, and media judgment to help Outlier improve advanced AI systems through structured evaluation.
