As a temporary Store Key Holder, you will support the Store Manager and staff in day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include coaching employees, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your ability to multi-task and lead a team effectively will ensure that Bulk Barn's high standards are met while providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage staff in the absence of the Store Manager
• Coach and motivate employees to excel in their duties
• Process cash transactions using the POS system
• Clean and restock store shelves regularly
• Unload deliveries while ensuring safety regulations are met
Requirements:
• Proven leadership skills in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Flexible schedule availability of 12-25 hours/week
