Welcome families to Carter’s as a Sales Associate, using customer service and product knowledge to support meaningful shopping experiences. Help customers discover baby and children’s apparel, essentials, and solutions in a busy retail environment.
As the first face of Carter’s, you will assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits. You will support omnichannel shopping, resolve customer issues, and explain promotions and the brand loyalty program. The position also includes point-of-sale transactions, replenishment, and shipment tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and provide product assistance
- Resolve customer issues proactively in busy retail settings
- Support omnichannel needs for positive shopping experiences
- Execute and expedite point-of-sale transactions
- Replenish floors and process shipments as needed
Requirements:
- Positive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated customer service and engagement skills
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Availability for scheduled days, nights, weekends, and holidays
