Support plant sanitation at TreeHouse Foods in Brantford, completing cleaning, documentation, and food-safety tasks on weekends. Work full time on the day shift.
As a Sanitation person, you will support initiatives improving performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. The permanent schedule runs Friday through Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Responsibilities include equipment cleaning, housekeeping, records, sanitation swabs, and chemical measurements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete temperature logs, cleaning records, and chemical measurements
- Clean equipment thoroughly according to GMP and company standards
- Maintain facility housekeeping throughout the production plant
- Work with QA on sanitation swab specifications
- Operate sanitation equipment and report safety concerns
Requirements:
- High school or technical school education
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Willingness to learn proper chemical handling and waste disposal
- Ability to follow GMP and food safety protocols
- Ability to interpret detailed procedures accurately
