Customer service and safety define this Uniformed Asset Protection Personnel position at Atlantic Superstore New Minas, supporting shoppers throughout their visit.
Loblaw Companies Limited seeks UAPP personnel to welcome customers, respond to Asset Protection initiatives, and collaborate with store employees. The position reports to a District Asset Protection Manager or Supervisor. Retail experience is preferred, alongside relationship-building customer service and calm responses during high-tension situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
- Respond to Gatekeeper alarms and conduct receipt checks
- Assess spills, wet floors, and other safety hazards
- Escalate crisis or emergency situations promptly
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
Requirements:
- Preferred experience within a retail environment
- Ability to foster partnerships with store teams
- Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
- Ability to remain calm during high-tension situations
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds
Support Atlantic Superstore customers through Asset Protection, safety awareness, relationship building, and dependable service in New Minas.
