In this role at FYidoctors Prescott - Edward St clinic, you will engage with patients daily, educating them about the best eyewear options. The part-time position involves 20-29 hours of work weekly, where you'll interpret prescriptions, help select frames, and manage patient appointments. Delivering outstanding customer service will be vital.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist patients in the clinic
• Educate patients on eyewear tailored to lifestyles
• Interpret optical prescriptions for fitting
• Schedule appointments and handle billing matters
• Assist with contact lens orders and fittings
Requirements:
• Prior experience in retail or optical settings is a plus
• Strong proficiencies in technology and computers
• Communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients
• Proven ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment
• Collaborative nature with a proactive approach
