Service Team Lead Kindersley, Saskatchewan Are you a seasoned professional in the Ag Service Department with a knack for leadership and customer satisfaction? We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Service Team Lead. Responsibilities - Manage the flow of work through the Service Department from customer interactions through to repair completion and invoicing.- Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold high labour performance standards by increasing service labour sales and technician productivity.- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction rating by ensuring quality service delivery and resolving customer concerns effectively. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in AG Service Department operations.- Agricultural Equipment Technician Journeyperson certification (or equivalent).- Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in the repair of agriculture and turf equipment.
