Role Overview As an Investment Partner, your role is to introduce qualified investors to our portfolio and help them diversify their wealth through luxury real estate in Mexico. You will act as an Investment Partner within the startup, playing a key role in its growth. Responsibilities Prospect and introduce HNWI / UHNWI investors to Onivius Build partnerships with wealth managers, family offices, and financial institutions Represent the startup and present our exclusive investment opportunities Build strong, trust‑based relationships with international investors Act as the bridge between investor and our internal teams – we handle everything else: strategy, land acquisition, architecture, construction, property management, etc. Exclusive access to high‑potential luxury real estate opportunities Entry investments around $1M USD for optimal ROI A rapidly growing startup environment where your impact is direct and measurable The possibility to grow into leadership roles as the department expands A long‑term partnership mindset based on trust and performance Compensation 100% commission‑based to start After your first closed deals, we will negotiate a fixed salary package + commissions A meritocratic culture: prove your performance, and Onivius evolves with you Please note: At this stage, lead generation is not provided.
