Visual Merchandising Lead

If you have an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and love bringing a brand’s identity to life, we want to hear from you Execute and maintain monthly and mid-month flips from planning through to completion, aligning with brand directives, expectations, and timelines. Maintain strategic product presentation by managing restocks, de-stocks, and recovery processes, and by making timely visual merchandising changes in partnership with the Visual Merchandising Manager. Uphold visual standards across all product categories, actively coaching and guiding team members to ensure consistent execution and maintenance. Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and aligned with brand aesthetics to provide a safe and inviting shopping experience. Monitor and maintain optimal product volume on the sales floor; restock as needed and communicate stock level concerns with the Store Manager. Leverage reporting tools in collaboration with management to identify opportunities for improved product placement, outfitting, and inventory optimization. Operations (30%) Perform managerial duties including closing, opening and standing in for Store Manager when needed Partner with the team to support inventory management, upholding BOH standards, efficiently processing shipment (24 to floor), performing cycle counts, and supporting stock room set-up and organization. Take initiative with ideating new processes to streamline operations and collaborate with Operations Lead and Store Manager to provide a better omnichannel customer experience Customer Experience & Service (20%) Customer-facing every day: provide best-in-class customer experience to all customers; fielding questions and providing upbeat, customized experience Collaborate with Store Manager and Sales Lead on coordination of events and activations, taking ownership of product operations and merchandising setup Support and promote all streams of service provided by Kotn including but not limited to wholesale opportunities and omni-services from a retail level Process cash operations with efficiency and accuracy by capturing customer opt-in to leverage for future marketing opportunities and to finalize the in-store experience loop Resolving CXO’s in a timely manner in line with Kotn customer experience guidelines Additional Requirements: Bilingual in French and English 1-2 years experience in a leadership role at a mid-volume, customer-driven retail environment 1-2 years experience in visual merchandising at a mid-volume retail environment Previous experience in customer service is a must, ideally in a clientele based environment A diverse set of interests and skills Easily adaptable to an ever changing work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
