Britton’s is seeking an experienced Baker with 2-3 years in a baking role and a relevant college certificate. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods, managing inventory, and training staff. The flexible shifts require strong time management skills and the ability to thrive in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods
• Ensure quality and presentation of all products
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train team members in food handling and preparation
• Handle customer requests and customize orders
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of professional baking experience
• Certificate or diploma in baking or culinary arts
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations
