Coach and provide technical guidance to junior developers on the team. Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations. Participate in agile ceremonies and support story refinement, technical estimation, and solutioning. Contribute to DevOps initiatives, development best practices, automation, and process efficiencies. Stay up to date on Salesforce platform capabilities and ensure solutions follow industry best practices and internal development standards. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need 10+ years of web-based application development or full-stack development experience, including 5+ years hands‑on Salesforce development. Proficiency with the Lightning platform, including APEX, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, Platform Events, and the Salesforce Data Model. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and products, especially Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. Experience integrating Salesforce with third‑party systems using APIs, UI frameworks, and event‑driven patterns. Experience with Salesforce DevOps and modern CI/CD practices. Nice-to-Have Experience implementing Salesforce or CRM solutions in the financial services industry. Active engagement with the Salesforce community.
