As a Retail Host, you'll be the face of fun, warmly welcoming guests while living out Merlin’s values. You’ll create awesome LEGO memories by engaging with families and managing queues, ensuring everyone enjoys their visit. Keeping the attraction clean and organized is key, as is assisting with daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm
• Engage guests to create extraordinary LEGO memories
• Manage attractions and queues for optimal guest flow
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of public areas
• Support daily operational procedures for smooth transitions
Requirements:
• 6-12 months experience in guest services or entertainment
• Friendly, dynamic personality with great communication
• Self-motivated and able to work both solo and in teams
• Flexible availability for various shifts and events
• Commitment to safeguarding children's rights
