Support medical supply orders with RF scanning and careful packing at Ontario Medical Supply in Ottawa, working full-time Monday to Friday.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will pick, pack, and stock medical supplies supporting healthcare organizations and home healthcare clients. The permanent schedule runs from 7AM to 3:30PM, Monday through Friday. Your work includes rental equipment records, discrepancy assistance, paperwork, and general cleaning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick medical supply orders physically and electronically using an RF scanner
- Pack orders with proper packing supplies
- Clean and record rental equipment
- Guide colleagues with order discrepancies and required actions
- Stock shelves and face items
Requirements:
- Completion of high school
- At least six months of full-time warehouse experience
- Basic mathematics and computer literacy
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and initiative
- Health and safety training is an asset
