Deliver attentive customer service as an Apparel Clerk at Real Canadian Superstore while maintaining stocked, organized product displays. Support shoppers through product knowledge, accurate scanning, and courteous answers.
Store Team Members help create positive in-store shopping experiences by keeping products available and responding to customer needs. You will maintain apparel displays, support ordering through inventory awareness, and set up company-directed promotions. Training is provided, and previous experience is not required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and respond helpfully to customer needs
- Maintain product displays according to company standards
- Scan products accurately and identify inventory needs
- Assist with ordering and establish directed promotions
- Keep department areas neat and meet safety standards
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and collaborative approach
- Ability to work independently and learn new things
- Resourcefulness and courtesy when resolving customer questions
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to move up to 50 pounds throughout shifts
