Support automotive manufacturing in St. Thomas as a General Labourer checking materials, packaging products, and assisting production workers onsite. No experience is required.
This full-time temporary assignment provides training for candidates with secondary school graduation. Work takes place at the physical location in St. Thomas, Ontario, with no remote option. The position involves material handling, machine-area cleaning, and support for automotive manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check and weigh materials and finished products
- Sort, pack, crate, and package materials
- Assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers
- Perform labouring and elemental production activities
- Clean machines and immediate work areas
Requirements:
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- No experience required; training will be provided
- Ability to handle loads up to 23 kilograms
- Steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses
- Own transportation and criminal record check
