Serve Ottawa shoppers as a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate using product knowledge and customer service skills in New Balance stores. Flexible scheduling includes weekends and holidays.
New Balance seeks Seasonal Retail Sales Associates to keep retail stores operating smoothly. You will represent the brand positively while using the GUEST service model, selling techniques, and verbal communication. The work includes fitting customers with appropriate New Balance products and supporting transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand their needs
- Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and solutions
- Measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products
- Complete sales using suggestive and multiple selling techniques
- Keep merchandise neat, organized, labeled, and stocked
Requirements:
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
- Past retail experience preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with cash register functions
- Ability to perform basic math quickly
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
