If so, this could be the perfect position for you In your role as the Gender Advisor, you will collaborate closely with the project team to enhance the capabilities of local partners, enabling them to support and fortify women’s organizations and movements that promote women's rights, gender equality, and the empowerment of women and girls. As a volunteer, you will: Assist local partners of Cuso International in Honduras with integrating gender considerations into their primary projects. Provide support to partners in formulating and implementing their gender strategies. Create resources aimed at enhancing gender-focused initiatives. Essential Requirements: A university degree in social sciences, economics, international development, or relevant experience in a related discipline. Essential Background: Understanding and experience in Gender Equality; Proficiency in planning, administrative procedures, and strategic design; Previous participation in planning activities; Knowledge and experience in research, education, training, and facilitation techniques; Experience with participatory methodologies and tools; Demonstrated success in collaborating within multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
