Champion safety, quality, and sustainability, aligning with global best practices in construction delivery. Apply proven track record in major healthcare or institutional builds to projects that demand precision, foresight, and resilience. Represent the contractor with confidence and professionalism, building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners. Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent, focusing on large‑scale ICI projects ($100 million+). A passion for driving construction and owning the process. Direct experience managing hospital or long‑term care builds is strongly preferred. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders. A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Ability to train and support new staff as necessary.
