Restaurant Assistant Managers coordinate daily operations, customer service, and cash reporting while supervising more than 20 people. The work requires accuracy and organization.
This permanent position requires one year to less than two years of experience. You will plan, direct, control, and evaluate operations while maintaining inventory and following health and safety regulations. Strong oral communication and dependable service are important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Balance cash and complete required financial reports
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Conduct performance reviews
- Address customer complaints and provide service
Requirements:
- One year to less than two years of experience
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Ability to supervise more than 20 people
- Accurate, organized, and dependable work style
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
