Position Type: Regular Location: Sept-Îles, Quebec About the Role To develop projects and clients in the Sept-Îles region, BBA aims to strengthen its local multidisciplinary team. Working closely with offices in Labrador City, Montréal, and Mont-Saint-Hilaire, this team is involved in projects across the mining, metals, and energy sectors. BBA's Industrial IT and Telecommunications team is known for its technical expertise and commitment to operational excellence. Sept-Îles offers a vibrant community with outdoor activities and access to amenities, providing a great work-life balance. Responsibilities Design, install, and maintain IT/OT infrastructures (networks, servers, virtualization, wireless) Identify client needs and develop new business opportunities Define project scopes and draft proposals Serve as a technical reference and lead technical teams Prepare technical reports, proposals, and promotional materials Build and maintain client relationships and leverage networks for business growth Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, automated production, telecommunications, or related fields Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Bilingual in English and French Experience with ICT, operational technologies, and consulting is an asset Qualifications & Values Action-oriented with strong communication skills Resourceful, rigorous, and innovative Benefits & Compensation BBA offers competitive salary packages based on experience and qualifications, along with comprehensive benefits such as insurance, retirement plans, paid leave, and more.
