Appliance Sales Specialist – Kent Building Supplies Join Kent Building Supplies and help customers choose the right appliances. As an Appliance Sales Specialist you will assist customers, assess their needs, offer expert advice and close sales , ensuring the highest level of customer service. Responsibilities Maintain the showroom and stock, ensuring a clean and safe shopping and work environment. Assist with merchandising, product set‑up and store presentation. Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge. Provide face‑to‑face assistance with appliance products, warranties, pickup/delivery options and financing, focusing on closing the sale. Sold a wide range of appliance products to a diverse customer base. Prepare estimates, close the sale and follow up on deliveries. Develop and maintain customer relationships, addressing complaints and resolving issues. Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills with a proven ability to close sales. Sales experience in a fast‑paced retail environment. Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Adherence to company policies and procedures. Pass a standard background check.
