Position Overview The Integrated Marketing & Community Manager is responsible for leading and executing multi‑channel marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable business impact. This role oversees social media strategy, influencer and affiliate programs, public relations support, event communications, and cross‑functional campaign alignment. The Manager will collaborate closely with Creative, Retail, and Digital teams to ensure cohesive messaging, successful activations, and consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Lead paid and organic social campaigns that support brand awareness, traffic, and conversion goals. Oversee community management, engagement, and timely response protocols. Manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to extend brand reach and content quality. Manage end‑to‑end affiliate partnerships and programs. Support collaboration with affiliate partners, networks, and agencies. Track and report affiliate performance to optimize investment and ROI. Identify opportunities to strengthen and scale the affiliate channel. Support media relations initiatives, including drafting press releases and managing outreach calendars. Contribute to luxury brand positioning and messaging guidelines. Execute communication plans for launches, events, and brand moments. Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities to elevate visibility. Plan, coordinate, and execute brand events and activations, including Rennaï events. Support influencer and VIP event experiences from planning through execution. Develop experiential storytelling assets and branded materials for event needs. Support planning and coordination of print, TV, radio, and out‑of‑home campaigns. Manage media buying coordination and budget tracking. Measure campaign effectiveness and evaluate ROI across channels. Facilitate cross‑functional communication between Marketing, Creative, Retail, and Digital teams. Ensure alignment of campaigns and event initiatives through clear planning and milestone management. Manage multiple simultaneous projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics across digital and traditional campaigns. Analyze community and campaign insights to inform strategic recommendations. Stay current on trends, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously refine brand strategy. Provide ongoing optimization recommendations to enhance channel performance and impact. Skills And Experience You Will Need Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus. 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, social media and related fields. Proven track record managing social, influencer, and affiliate programs and relationships. Experience supporting PR initiatives and media relations. Strong project management and cross‑functional coordination abilities. Exceptional writing, communication, and storytelling skills. Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, traditional). Ability to analyze data, evaluate performance, and present clear insights and recommendations. Experience in luxury, beauty, or lifestyle industries is an asset. 30‑Day Milestones Deep immersion in the Rennaï brand, voice, values, and community. Audit existing social media, influencers, affiliates, and public relations channels. Align with internal teams on priorities, workflows, and expectations. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), reporting frameworks, and performance benchmarks. 60‑Day Milestones Launch integrated marketing strategies across priority channels. Execute initial campaigns across social media, influencers, affiliates, and public relations. Strengthen influencer and affiliate partnerships. Begin consistent performance tracking and reporting. 90‑Day Milestones Optimize campaigns based on performance insights and return on investment. Improve efficiency and impact across channels. Lead a major Rennaï‑owned activation or campaign. Establish documented processes and a forward‑looking marketing roadmap. #J-18808-Ljbffr
