Senior Full Stack Engineer, Platform – Remote

Job Summary HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable platform solutions for our global remote workforce. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and DevOps teams to drive innovation, ensure high performance, and deliver exceptional user experiences across multiple web and mobile platforms. This position is ideal for a proactive engineer passionate about creating robust and efficient software systems from concept to deployment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of the platform using modern frameworks and technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Build reusable, testable, and efficient code to support scalability and system reliability. Optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness. Ensure robust security measures and data protection practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices. Work closely with DevOps to automate deployments and streamline CI/CD processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software solutions. Collaborate on architecture design decisions that align with company goals and product requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer (5+ years preferred). Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript , React.js , Node.js , and Express.js . Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Solid understanding of database systems (both SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes , and modern DevOps tools. Knowledge of RESTful APIs , GraphQL , and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong understanding of version control systems such as Git . Experience Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional software development experience . Prior experience leading or mentoring a small technical team is a plus. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Exposure to enterprise‑level platform development preferred. Working Hours Fully remote position with flexible working hours. Core collaboration hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST) for team syncs and project discussions.
