Responsibilities Develop client relationships to successfully deliver ongoing projects and to identify/create/position and pursue business opportunities Identify and pursue future business opportunities for EllisDon Building in various sectors Review and assessment of all RFP documentation and requirements and analysis of project requirements and development of a strategy focused on the winning the opportunity Manage, build, and maintain relationships with the client and the client's project design team Assist with the development of proposals and management of the design team in developing compliant and aggressive design solutions in response to RFP requirements including coordination of all disciplines Assist in the management and leadership of pre‑construction service process for ICI or ICI‑related projects Qualifications Knowledge of construction scopes and activities, scheduling, project management and contract software Experience with legal/commercial agreements and negotiating contracts Background in Institutional, Commercial and Industrial construction 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, familiarity with the Greater Ottawa Region market is considered an asset EllisDon is proud to provide this unique career opportunity that provides continuous learning, opportunity for growth, and a competitive compensation package within an environment that is committed to inclusion and respects diversity.
