Dispatcherscoordinate emergency response efforts by communicating with emergency personneland relaying vital information during crises.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Receive and prioritizeemergency calls for assistance.
- Maintain communication withfirst responders during incidents.
- Document call details andresponse times accurately.
- Monitor the status of emergency units in thefield.
Requirements
- High school diploma orequivalent; further training in emergency dispatching preferred.
- Strong multitasking andcommunication skills.
- Ability to work inhigh-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and localgeography.
