Overview A career as a Senior Product Owner in the Client Strategy and Pricing & Billing team at National Bank means being responsible for the vision and value of the solutions delivered. This position allows you to have a concrete impact on the organisation thanks to your leadership, ability to prioritise and strategic thinking. Responsibilities Define and maintain the product vision in line with business objectives. Lead the delivery of initiatives and establish the solutions roadmap. Manage and prioritise the product backlog to maximise the value delivered. Define the MVP and ensure consistency with stakeholders' needs. Support teams in adopting changes and promote continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance the user experience and meet future needs. Team The Vice‑President – Strategy and Client experience is made up of more than 150 specialists who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative manner to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology and continuously improve processes. You are part of a team of 9 colleagues in the Client Strategy and Pricing & Billing team and report to the Senior Manager Client Strategy. Training & Development The Bank values continuous development and internal mobility. Tools such as the Data Academy, Language Training, Harvard Learning Centre and coaching and mentoring support are available to you at any time. Prerequisites 7 to 10 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner (PO). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Be able to make informed decisions independently and proactively. Ability to solve complex problems and navigate ambiguous contexts.
