JAM Sports is searching for enthusiastic individuals dedicated to creating unforgettable moments in recreational leagues. As a League Ambassador, you'll engage with players, manage venues, and ensure games run smoothly. You'll be the face of our brand, establishing ties with community members and vendors, all while fulfilling your responsibilities and making game nights enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with players before, during, and after games
• Establish relationships with venues and community partners
• Arrive early for setup and venue management
• Enforce league rules to ensure safety and sportsmanship
• Submit shift reports detailing game activities
Requirements:
• High energy and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail and quick learning
• Experience in event planning or sports
• Ability to work evenings with flexible hours
