Role Responsibilities Actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast‑paced, sales‑driven environment. Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions. Manage the entire sales process, both in person and virtually— from application to closing. Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service. Stay focused on individual and team sales goals. Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts. Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A customer‑first mindset and a passion for delivering value.
