Configure DITA XML documentation tools at Dematic while applying problem-solving skills to content conversion and publishing workflows. Support Technical Writers globally.
As a CMS and Web Administrator, you will maintain and enhance authoring tools for Dematic product documentation. Your work supports technical content covering mechatronics, software, and solutions products. You will also improve conversion, publishing, and content delivery processes for a large Technical Writing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain tools converting Word documents to DITA XML
- Enhance DITA XML authoring tools for Technical Writers
- Improve plugins publishing documentation to HTML and PDF
- Troubleshoot conversion and publishing errors
- Review converted content and collaborate with Technical Writers
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Drive to improve processes
- Good collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with XML, XSLT, Visual Basic, JavaScript, or CSS beneficial
